Certificates are authentic, verifiable, and can be provided with the shipment.

All our contract-manufactured products are designed in compliance with regulations, free of illegal pornographic imagery or prohibited structures, and meet the import/export standards for consumer adult products in various countries. We support two cooperation models: pure OEM private labeling and ODM original design. 1. OEM: Using our factory’s existing molds, we print the client’s logo and customize color schemes and packaging; 2. ODM: Based on the client’s drawings, sketches, or concept proposals, we create entirely new molds and develop exclusive, proprietary molds.

What type of silicone is used in your products? How does it differ from ordinary silicone?
All adult products are made from highly permeable liquid medical-grade silicone, which differs from ordinary solid silicone: it is soft with good elasticity, does not turn white, is non-sticky, odorless, tear-resistant, and resistant to deformation. It is skin-friendly and hypoallergenic, suitable for direct skin contact, easy to clean, and resistant to both high and low temperatures.

Are the products non-toxic and odor-free? Will they cause allergic reactions?
We use brand-new raw materials with zero recycled content. Products leave the factory with no pungent odors, and finished goods undergo secondary deodorization and aging treatments to meet standards for direct skin contact. Allergic reactions are extremely rare under normal use, making them safe for intimate adult use.

Are the silicone products waterproof and heat-resistant?
The entire product line is fully waterproof and washable; they can be cleaned with plain water or neutral detergents. They have a wide temperature tolerance range and are fully suitable for normal daily use and disinfection/cleaning without cracking, hardening, or deteriorating.

How much does it cost to create a new mold? Who owns the mold? What is the mold’s service life?
Mold creation costs are calculated based on the product’s dimensions, complexity, and number of cavities. The customer retains full ownership of the mold; the factory will not sell or disclose the customer’s mold designs without authorization. The mold is covered by a warranty for normal mass production and comes with lifetime maintenance and servicing.
